Hello! My name is Logan Dixson. If you're checking out this website thank you! I am a photojournalist studying at Ohio University. I hope to one day go into Conservation photography because animals are my passion.
A little bit about me, I was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland until I was 10. At 10 I moved from Maryland to Albany Ohio, a small town on the edge of Athens county. From here I attended Alexander local school and graduated in 2024. My interest in photography began around sophomore year of high school. At this time I was extremely depressed and decided one day I would take a walk with my moms Nikon D3400. I didn't have much to photograph other than the birds and occasional deer around my neighborhood but that didn't matter because I was already falling in love with photography. This was also the time when my mind began to race with ideas of seeing wildlife all over the world, ever since that day I have worked towards making that dream a reality. I'm not sure what else to mention now, I really enjoy video games like Dark Souls 3 and I can often be seen with my headphones in listening to music.
